I was less than pleased with the smock they gave me to wear at the doctor's office yesterday,
so I dressed it up a little.
Adorable, isn't it?
The surgeon seemed confident that he could fix the problem.
I hope he's right.
I really don't know if I have the strength to go through the surgery a third time
(although, if I have another surgery, it won't be another attempt to fix the problem--
it will be to install a pacemaker).
Does anyone else find it weird that the cardiac surgeon chose to decorate this room with only a framed picture of jellyfish (which can be seen on the left side of my picture)?
All I think about when I think of jellyfish is the scene at the end of 7 Pounds where he drops the jellyfish into the bathtub with him in order to commit suicide.
Oh, and the jellyfish stings I got on my Jamaica vacation.
On another note...
Since our hotel is in Japantown,
we have the cutest little shops nearby
(like where I found my $1.50 stunna shades).
However, some items in the shops prove to be double-take worthy.
Now I'm not certain (since the writing is in Japanese),
but I'm pretty confident (by looking at the pictures)
that I know what these do.
Until next time,
